Meets at Arabia Mountain every Wednesday morning from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM beginning on 05 April 2023.

Fitness Waiver is required before attending any fitness class, and person may access waiver by clicking on "Waiver" tab.

Beyond50Wellness Bicycle Group

Bring your bicycle for a friendly group ride at Stone Mountain Park. We meet every Tuesday beginning on 04 April 2023 from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Learn the basics of riding a bicycle in a safe manner.  The meeting location to group up is at the Education Center. 

We recommend all participants of outside events wear appropriate clothing for exercise and fitness and for the weather of the day. We will cancel and reschedule all events in the case of inclement weather for the safety of the participants.
