You can march in place outside in a park or inside your home for cardiovascular exercises. After warming up for 5 to 10 minutes, lift up your legs, one at a time, as if marching, and do this for 5 minutes fast, 5 minutes slow, then 5 minutes fast. Then cool down and stretches for 5 minutes.
Swinging arms from side to side at your speed and pace for a great core and whole-body workout. After warming up for 5 to 10 minutes, raise your arms, and bring your hands together as if you are praying, then move your praying hands and arms side to side, you are moving your core and twisting from side to side. Do this praying core twisting from side to side for 20 minutes. Then afterward, cool down and stretches for 5 minutes.
Raise your arms up to the sky for great slim and trim arms. You will bring one arm straight up to the sky or up in the air, then take the opposite arm and raise it also, alternating the arms, raising one up and placing the opposite arm and hand down. You will raise one hand up as the other hand comes down and do this for 20 minutes. Afterward, cool down and stretches for 5 minutes.
